Who we are

AFTER 00 is a Tel Aviv-based DJ and artist agency operating after00.com. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect, and why

Booking requests: when you submit a booking request we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional) and the event details you provide. We use this solely to respond to and manage your enquiry.

Contact messages: the contact form collects your name, email address, phone (optional) and your message, used solely to reply to you.

Technical data: like almost every website, our server keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security and abuse prevention — for example rate-limiting automated form spam. These are not used to profile visitors.

What we don't do

We do not run advertising, analytics trackers or social media pixels. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. The only cookie this site sets is a staff sign-in cookie for our own team's portal — public visitors receive no tracking cookies at all, which is why you see no cookie banner here.

Where your data lives

Form submissions are stored in our own database on servers operated by Hetzner. Email notifications about new enquiries are delivered via Resend, which processes the message content for that purpose only. Both act as processors on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and booking correspondence are kept for as long as needed to manage the relationship and our business records, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through our contact form and we will respond promptly. If you contacted us by email, you can also simply reply to that thread.

Changes

If our practices change — for example if we ever add analytics — this page will be updated first, and any consent the law requires will be asked for at that time.
